november spawned a monster

so sorry for the lack of updates in october. that last month was not the best one ever at all. so much work, (still in that boat though) but i did get to see some great shows. going to see say anything's album release show in a few minutes which i'm quite excited over. comeback kid and grave maker this friday, and shane and im assuming chris are coming down this weekend for a ghoul poon show in brooklyn. pretty good week i got coming up. not to mention set your goals next week!

aside from shows which run my life, its hard to believe this semester is well past the midway point. i go home in 3 weeks (but not before seeing sonic youth!) for thanksgiving then i come back for about 2 and half then semester over upstate for god knows how long.

am i going to be super busy? yes i am, hopefully ill post something before december. and yes i am starting to compile my top 10 albums list of the year. 2009 made it much easier than 2008 which had a hands down #1 (sebastien grainger) and a lot of crappy albums.

oh yeah before i forget, i had to do a edit with footage my 35mm bolex class shot in class. its short and to the point but the quality is great. expect my final with stuff i shot myself up soon. wow i can't believe i almost forgot about that. back in the day this blog was just for my video ventures...

p.s. if the yankees win the world series i will pretend to like them so i have an excuse to party/riot in manhattan. but as always go mets...
