anyways, i'm back for the summer in saratoga. so crazy the past 4 months have been. i already am looking forward to august!
still a hopefully fun filled summer is on the horizon so cheers to that!
home stretch
i'm taking time from eating my dinner consisting of a microwave burrito and half a fruit bowl to write this, not to mention i should be doing finals. but alas here is a round up of last week.
saves the day was much better after a day off and were awesome in
manhattan, i got to meet
arun the new guitarist who i think did a great job and while he's no
dave he will be just fine and so will the band.
get up kids in
nyc was amazing! they even played 'never be alone'! all in all it was a great show and the get up kids are for sure back and doing it well. plus brand new opened who were somewhat good which it sounds weird considering the headlining show i saw was kinda bad they put on a good show so kudos to them.
bamboozle on
saturday was pretty fun, it for sure exceeded all my expectations. plus the weather was perfect. it was kinda like a huge shopping mall with
merch tents selling just about anything was there. who stole the day for me? international superheroes of hardcore. no joke, even for a joke band they put on one well of a show and they even did some of the covers as new found glory which made it even cooler. on top of that the
nfg set was pretty good too kinda surreal to finally see them but well worth it.
so
thats show week in a mini nutshell!
i'm moving back home in 11 days, kinda crazy seeing how long
i've been down here for, i almost
dont want to leave now but with finals here (still putting off to write this) it's quite stressful but it'll make the first day of being home alright then
i'll get bored. for once
i'm pretty much ready for the summer. lets make it work...
